Refund Policy

Programming

1. MultiSoft does not provide refunds on completed programming.
2. If a programming job is cancelled prior to completion, MultiSoft will refund the full amount less the cost of work already performed, plus all incurred expenses. The cost of work performed is calculated at the current published hourly programming rate, times the number of hours expended (support, documentation, graphics, programming and testing).

Consulting

1. If a consulting day is cancelled for any reason 15 business days or more ahead of the scheduled consulting date, a full refund WILL be provided upon written request. Request must have a MultiSoft signature of acceptance to be deemed received and accepted by MultiSoft.
2. If a consulting day is cancelled for any reason less than 15 business days from the scheduled consulting date, a refund will NOT be provided, however the client will be permitted to schedule an alternate day that is mutually agreeable to both MultiSoft and the client.
3. If a consulting day is cancelled in 10 or less business days from the scheduled consulting date, the client will forfeit the full amount paid, and both parties mutually agree that MultiSoft will lose the billable time and will not have reasonable advance notice in which to replace the booked time. No credit will be given.
